Fuel level sensor - questions

My IS350 F Sport (2016) has an issue with the fuel level. 
While driving, the gauge failed to climb when I filled the tank, kept going down to zero and never returned.  I just replaced the sender in the driver side of the tank, but it's still the same - no gas level.

Question #1 - is there another sender in the passenger side tank?
Question #2 - any ideas out there besides a sender unit?  Everything else is fine.
