Deborah ibbott Posted October 15 Posted October 15 I have a 2023 Rz. Three times I have come out to drive it and it’s dead and has to be towed to the dealer. Initially it was thought the app was draining the battery. I deleted the app and today the car was dead again. Anyone else with this problem?
Sheriff055 Posted October 15 Posted October 15 First do you have an RZ or an RX, you are in the RZ forum but the title says RX Problems? What model? If you have an RZ, I'd contact the dealer and tell you want Lexus to buy back the car, or you can get a lawyer and file a claim under your states Lemon Law provisions. I contacted my dealer, in NJ, and Lexus looked into it and the dealer provided all the documentation needed. I had to do nothing, Lexus reimbursed all my monthly lease payments to date and any other out of pocket expenses. I had and used my 2023 RZ450e for 6 months for free. Good luck!
