Connecting new console/dash headunit (KSPIV)

I ordered and have sitting in my hands, a KSPIV Android headunit for my GX470 w/ Nav + Mark Levinson.  Zero instructions.  To repeat, zero.  I'm good at DIY and find videos on the process to install other headunits, but nothing on this one.  It is no help, but there is a YT video from KSPIV for sales features - that video has no instructions.

Anyone with experience or information?  I really would like to review something for preparation and knowledge purposes before I yank out the old unit.  For example, there are a couple dozen RCA connectors with "in" and "out" type labels, but I don't understand what they all mean, or if I will find something with similar labels on existing wires that would make connections easy to identify.  Then there are two USB connectors on long cables - I don't know why there are two.  There is even an empty 3rd USB built into the rear of the KSPIV box.

Any guidance or info would be useful.
