Windshield Replacement / Wipers Random Sweep

Good morning All,

Yesterday, I had my cracked windshield replaced on our 05 LS430. I was told to wait an hour before driving. I waited until today to use the car and do 4 errands. It's a sunny day here. While using the car, and the wipers on "AUTO", the wipers sweep for no reason randomly. Is there some type of "reset"? Any ideas?

The rain sensor is attached to the inside of the windshield behind the rear view mirror.  I doubt this will help, but I would try cleaning the outside of the windshield in front of the sensor.

I would would go back to the windshield installer with your complaint.
