need new tires - 2011 RX450h - time to replace TPMS sensors?

i have winter tires & sensors (new 2016) and an ODBII tool to change the sensors when i change tires

all the sensors are fine at the moment

i need new summer tires, so while they are changing the tires i thought i would get new sensors before the batteries die

not interested in changing the batteries

it looks like i need 42607-33022 (sensor) & 04423-33060 (fitting kit - whatever that is?) for each tire

i see they are available on ebay (33022) a lot cheaper than the place in Canada ($84.50 for sensor + $13.17 for the fit kit)

i see the 33021 on ebay for cheaper, but i assume they are older, so i would want the 33022?
