Rpm Drop 96 Ls400

I have a 96 LS400. If I'm cruising anywhere from 40 to 60 mph and I let off the gas, the RPM drops around 1000 RPMs. It happens when I'm trying to maintain a constant speed and I am feathering the gas. There is a jerking motion as i go back on the gas. Any ideas?...Throttle control? transmission control? Thanks

I have the same exact problem with my 96. Did you ever find out what is causing the problem?

Please email me at surf@carolia.net
