Garage door/Homelink sync on 2005 sc430

I have just acquired a 2005 sc430 and I have tried several ways to link the Homelink with my garage door opener with no success.  I have also paired my iphone 13 by Bluetooth but it asks me to "send contacts from phone" and doesn't go automatically.  I cannot find on the iphone where I can send my contacts to the car.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hey there.  Same here.  Tried multiple times on 2008 year SC430.   NADA.  What the heck.  Did you figure it out?  I followed directions from manual.  ugh

I just acquired a 2004 SC430 and got my homelink to work, took several many tries, Try putting new batteries in your garage door opener, and putting the roof down. I do not remember exactly what I did or in what order, but I do remember doing this. Good luck
