TOLEDO Posted October 13, 2004 Share Posted October 13, 2004 Need to change the outer brake light bulb on the passenger side. I have checked Mitchel's and looked all over. The owner's manual tell what but no hint on how. How do you do it? Any prints available to explain it? Seems weird to go to a dealer for a bulb change. My luck with them has not been good so far. weinkaufjr Posted October 13, 2004 Share Posted October 13, 2004 Open the tailgate, on the inside edge of the tail light assembly you will notice two black caps (about an inch in diameter), pop them off with screwdriver. Under the caps are two screws, remove them and assemble will pull out enough to get at the bulb sockets. You can get the bulb at most auto parts stores.
