New Exhaust And Suspension

I have a 2001 gs300 and i was looking at l-tunedparts.com, and was thinking about getting some l-tuned parts.

for the shocks, there seems to be 2 items:

L-Tuned GS Shock Absorbers $ 219.00

L-Tuned GS Lowering Springs $ 319.00

now the 219 dollar item advertises that it is 30% stiffer, the 319 advertises that it lowers 1". I would like to do both of these things.....now i can't get both of these but does the 319 dollar one make it stiffer plus lower?

Then i was looking at this part:

L-Tuned GS Exhaust $ 609.00

The picture only shows one exhaust and the price is a bit lower than the others.....yet the lexus gs300 is a dual exhaust car, will i need two or are they just not showing that it is meant for dual exhaust?

Also i am open to any suggestions for basic upgrades for the car....performance looks, not too much money, but just solid upgrades that you can't go wrong with.

Edit: forgot to mention that i would be interested in getting new tires.....now what size tires are best for handling?
