Where can I get white LED bulbs for my daytime/hi-beam lights?

I want to replace my daytime/hi beam running lights with white LED bulbs. I bought a pair on Amazon but when I turn on the high beams they don't get brighter and when the daytime running lights are on it flickers. That was my fault for going with the cheap stuff.

Does anyone know a sight or a link to product that sells white LED lights that will also work and get brighter when I switch on the hi-beams and not flicker?
