Removing Light Surface Scratches

yesterday someone scratched my passenger doors with something, i think they rubbed up against it with some metal or something... the scratches aren't too deep, can anyone recommend any techniques or products to remove these... thanks in advance...

the detailing forum would be perfect for this. but

depending on the depth, if its just on the clear coat, then 3M, meguires, or any good swirl/scrath filler-remover works real well... if the clear coat is severly hurt, then come kind of rubbing compound or clay bar works real well.

And if its deep enough into the paint, then sounds like touch up work.

generally, Swirl marks and Minor scratches are difficult to remove and take quite the effort. Professionals use buffing machines with those products and can do a better job.
