HGRX3002002
I have a similiar problem. In my case it comes from the front brake pads bouncing up and down when going over cracks on the road or potholes. I have taken it to three Lexus dealers. Only the last one was aware of the problem. I contacted Lexus and they confirmed the problem was coming from the front pads. There is no fix for this problem yet for the 2002 RX300 per Lexus. It is very annoying. I got new brakes last weeks and still the same sound occurs when going over bumps.
