Vibration? Try To Change The Transmission Mounts

That's the exact problem I've been having. It is smooth downhill, but increases noticeably uphill. 92 LS with 92,000 miles.

Where's that Tranny mount located?

Hey guys,

another thing to check would be the bolts on the L & R driveshafts coming out of the differential....

They are 10mm hex (two pairs of three) for each side and the torque is 61 ft. lbs.

Specs say to check torque every 5k during oil changes.......
