if u wannna install a intercooler, dont u have to install turbo to hook up the intercooler, u can't install intercooler without turbo , isnt dat true?

any know where can i get a fake intercooler for is300, the fake intercooler make is300 look cool, and make it a turbo looking. if any1 know please leave me the link please
