Does anyone here experience a jerk motion when let's go the gas pedal? This problem is rarely happening. I can not dupplicate the problem right after this happened. After this problem happening now I got an error code P0430. If someone had a similar problem, please give me some advices how to solve my problem. Thanks!

I have experienced the same problem, also my car on ocassion would die after extended driving. Lexus could duplicate either problem.

A mechanic said he thought it was the ECU. I replaced the unit with a remanufactured unit. Solved both problems. 95 LS400 115,000 miles

I just recently purchased a 1993 LS400. It has been stalling(dying) on me on average of once a week. It does start up right away. It happens only when I stop at a light or go slowly in a parking lot. Would appreciate any feedback on this.

I have had the same problem with a 95 LS 400 with 115,000 miles.

I have taken it to the Lexus dealer two times and they could not duplicate the problem. They checked the mounts, idle, and vacuum hoses. they were not damaged.

A mechanic told me it was the ECU. I bought a remanufactured unit installed it and it solved the problem.
