I have an SC300...a week ago, I went to replace the holders for the light bulbs on the right side of my tail lights (all corroded and were not working)...so I pulled the lights out, cut the wires, and spliced them back together...Now I'm having a problem. I turn the car on, but the driving lights don't work..on either side...Yet the brake lights do (Out of the same bulb)...I also checked every fuse in both boxes, all are good.
Has anyone had this problem before? I don't know whats going on..I replaced all the bulbs too.
Painted My Car Last Weekend..

Last weekend, and the week before..I've been prepping my car to be painted (2 front fenders, hood, front bumper)...completely sanded down to bare metal on the fenders and hood...3 layers of black primer/sealer...3 layers of jet black...3 layers of clear coat...that's where it stands now, going to wet sand it down and buff it up this weekend...but here was the process and now (Btw, it hasn't been washed in these pics)
Before..I had the hood pretty badly oxidized, probably from a Maaco paint job..clear coat was pretty much gone on the hood...and I was in an accident that put a dent right in the front of the car, and a big one on the driver side fender at the front...Fixed them both up perfectly, can't even see em anymore.
So much work though...looks like it paid off. :D
