Is there any other car maker like Ford,or Mazda ,Toyota that makes the same ballast ,and is less expensive?Is E-bay safe to buy from?

Any instructions how to install one at the passenger's side?

I have a RX 330 AWD 2004 . Lately with no warning the passenger's side low beam headlight is not working. The high beam is fine.I took the car to the dealer and the engineer suggested to replace the headlight computer for $1500. We did change the bulb just in case .

Any ideas?.

If it is the computer why then the high beam is functioning?

Can I replace ,if need , the computer myself? :( :( :(
