Can you put a navigation system into a non-nav 2007 RX 350. If so how expensive and how hard is the install ?

Yes, I have them for sale, 100% OEM plug and play installation, Takes a pro about 4 hours to install and a novice 5-6 hrs. with the rearview camera. I can get you the rest of the details if you are serious.
