how to remove fuse box to get in the side of wires?

i have LS400 model 2000

i want my foglights to be turned on anytime independent of the headlights, so first of all ...

Can someone show me how to remove the fuse box and how to get to the back side (side where wires are connected) of it....

Is it really necessary to warm up your car's engine before you drive it? If so, why?

because normally i warm up my car' s engine for ten minutes of idling evey morning before start driving to my work.

Weather temperature in my town is around 30°C

guys share your opinions and advices with me...
