I got a 1990 LS400 handed down to me from my father. Unfortunately, it's had some outstanding issues that were too expensive for Lexus to repair, or just not dealt with. However, I'm interested in repairing some of this stuff, but I'm looking for some guides and/or parts for a decent price. A list of some of the things:
Cigarette Outlets or wires burned out
Clock/Climate control display burned out
Torn leather (looking for some decent seat covers
... and just general repair stuff. Know any good places for this? I looked at alldata.com, but I am unsure of how much they might have on it. Any advice would be very welcome.
Importance Of Under-engine Liner?

My under-engine liner is starting to come off... after a couple curb impacts and stuff it fell off, then fell off after another one. Today it just came off, but whereas the others had been it falling off the front bumper, this was off the back mounts, near the oil pan. I can fix it I think, just need some bigger washers to hold it on and stuff, but my question is- Is it worth it? What happens if it really goes? If necessary, should I have it replaced?
Edit: Just to be clear, I'm meaning the plastic thing on the bottom of the car. I've heard it called a drip liner too. Oh, and I just read- engine under cover.
