Does anyone know how to do this or know where to find pics or a diagram of how to? Thanks for any info.

Hello all, I have a 1994 GS300 and have a problem that popped up with the drivers seat. It goes forward fine but when you try to put it back it back it makes a horrid sound and kind of goes sideways. Anyone know what may be causing this and a possible fix? I'm hoping its just off the rail on the right side as that seems to be where the problem is. I can't see under there to tell. Thanks for any help.
