Hey i just got the IS 300, its a 2004 and im only getting around 14 miles per gallon. I have 1000 miles on the car right now, does anyone else have this problem? Is this normal and what should i do?

20 in the city, im getting 14, thast a big difference, i htink on a 300 mile trip i took to gainesville i only got like 20. Does the car get better miles as it gets older?
