  1. Thanks for all of the imput I bought the ps pump from autozone, and after looking at the old ps pump in my ls for 3 hours, I finally called a mechanic who said he would install the pump I bought for $80.00, sounds good to me, it took him 3 hours to remove and replace the old pump, This was a lot cheaper than dealing with the Lexus Service Mafia, That wanted to charge me 782.65 for the same part and job.
  2. Sure no problem 75.00 for the switch and 25.00 for overnighting costs just email me at arthur@mortgagestar-sc.com, you can send paypal payment to the same email address. Once payment is recieved I will ship it out. This offer is good for anybody

  3. Getting into the masterswitch is not anything to difficult, you just need the following tools.

    1.) flat headed screw driver

    2.) phillipshead screwdriver

    a) With the flat head screwdriver GENTLY pry up the master window switch from the rear, and it should pop out easily.

    B) Unplug the wiring harness

    c) there will be 3 phillips head screws holding the switch to the wood grain remove them to seperate the master switch.

    d) now looking at the master switch on the black plastic there are 6 phillips head screws holding it together, after removing gently seperate making sure none of the springs fall out.

    e) using a eletronic contact cleaner (radio shack) clean the contacts, I would not recommend using WD-40

Reassemble and test if this does not fix the problem the switch might be going out.

I have a spare master window switch that the door lock switch cap broke off

however all the window switches work you can mount your black top to it and be up and running with no problems. let me know

  4. Well here I go again :chairshot:

Welcome to the club, you will see in many of my posts I highly recommend EBAY, to date i have bought Fatcory refurbished climate control (187.50), new master window switch(75.00), factory wheels (128.50), lugnut covers/hubcaps gold emblems (87.25) not to mention I recently bought a 94 LS400 for 5700.00 with only 111968 miles on it. :whistles: hope this helps

  5. Well, this just might soung crazzzzzyyyy but both of mine didn't work either, however I took a pair of needle nose pliers and pulled out the one in the ashtray (front) just the chrome piece, and shoved it back in, I am going to guess it was not getting grounded, now both the front and rear lighters work.

  6. but you you might be able to get it for less, depending on the final bid, I would go meet the guy drive the car, have it checked by a mechanic, then if all checks out put a max bid of 5k on it you never know, it might only bring 3500.00 :cries:

  7. My MOTTO for buying and selling cars has always been, Buy it from EBAY.... Sell it on AutoTrader.... but be warned I recently was selling a celica on autotrader for 8000.00, someone emailed me and said they were an auto broker and wanted to purchase the car for someone in the UK, they sent me a Cashiers Check for 6500.00 over my asking price and asked me to wire him the overage, needless to say I deposited the check in my account because of the size of the check my personal banker put a hold on the check (THANK GOD!!), it turns out the check was a fraud.....

  8. I just bought a remanufactured climate control off of ebay for 187.50, it was a lexus reman, the sellers ebay id is moto-speedred. shipping was fast and it took about 20 minutes to replace. However I still have the old blacked out one(will fix it later, in case I ever need a spare)

    the item # I purchased was 2476765058.

THE FACTORY PART NUMBER IS 5590250060 :D
