  1. hi,

i did have the same experience when i installed the vent visor into the front window however it stopped rolling down after 1-2 months. just keep hold the button if it was rolling down and when it got into the window space after a period of time and will be fine. i don't like those with double sided tape.

  2. thanks. i'll try to talk with my dealer.

i have one more question, my rx330 was made in canada, can somebody tell me is there any difference with those made in japen. i remember when i bought the car, my dealer let me chose either made in japen or canada.

  3. hi,

i'm in canada also. is it i have to go to the deal and ask for a hesitation fix by myself? the dealer had never sent me letter regarding the fix is available

    Catking,

You'll have to request for the fix. I think they will only do the fix if you complain about the "hesitation".

    Hope this helps.

  4. Just a quick updates after my maintenance visits for those interested:

    - Yes there is a "hesitation fix" for both RX and the ES in Canada. I've applied the update and the car is much more responsive now.

    - Wind noise in front passenger and drive fix with replacement of new weatherstripping (per bulletin)

    - Believe it or not, my service advisor points to me about the fact that while the exterior temp guage is certainly in "degree celcius", the individual temp setting for driver and passenger is not in "degree celcius" but moreso like a numeric scale (as is if you notice , there is not unit of measurements next to them). So if you are thinking setting the temp to say equal to the external temp and thinking that the fan speed etc... should come down, it may not as the "25" you set may not be the same as "25 degree celcius" showing as external. That explain why there is always this delay in the fan speed coming down.

    Cheers!

did u have to pay for the update for the rx? i wonder if i can get it here in california :D

    RX330Driver,

You don't need to pay for the update.

  5. hi,

thanks all for the input and that are all i am thinking about. the most concern is i can take away some weight from the vechicle provided that that is no harm to it liked if rear-end collision happened.

  6. hi all,

is there anybody out there had taken away their spare tire from the rx330. other than flat tire occassion, are there any disadvantages from it. i think if it is not usually happened and i can call for towing once it occur, what is good to keep it there?

thank you for your advice if any.

  7. go to KHF tell them i sent you

you need to have a bypass module installed to duplicate the transponder key to get the engine to start.

they have done lots of lexus and new RX330's before

  8. hi all,

i have a rx330 and would like to install a remote starter for the cold winter. i asked some local store and they claimed it has to be bipass some electronic parts of the rx330 during installation. is there anybody out there has this kind of remote starter installed in your rx330.

    please give your expert advice.

    thanks

  9. hi,

i am 5'8" and feel very comfortable to get in and out of my RX330.

i saw RX330 with this stuff on running on the road and i really didn't like it.

honestly speaking, i won't let it on my baby even free of charge. however i am going to install a sunroof deflector on it and looking for some cool design.

can somebody give some advice? thanks.
