What about the Lexus LX 470. I thought that had the same power train as the GX 470. My GX470 is going next year and its going beacuase of the clunk. I was going to look at the LX but I have been "tucked up" once by Lexus for $50,000, I dont want to spend $60+k and have the same problem. Any input. Thanks. Rgds.

There is a device for sale on line www.skymall.com called auto alert its $39.95 and it plugs into reverse lights and (looks like from the picture) attached to the rear tag's. When you put your vec in reverse, the closer you get to something, in the back, the louder a audible detection becomes.

Any body had any experiece with this or similar product?

Any suggestions for second row rear car seat covers. I have three infant car seats on my second row and they are getting pretty beat up, and its only going to get worse the older the kids get. Thks & Rgds.

My dealer suggested going to Ryder to install for about $200. Anybody had any experience with that? Will it invalidate anything on my lease?
