Just purchased a new ES 350 Was shocked to see the engine cover--much like the LS. Does anyone have experience changing oil on a new ES350. Do you have to remove the engine cover?

Where is the filter located. Does this installation require removal on the lower OR upper engine covers.
Second--My radio comes on intermittently when not turned on, OR it will shift from the CD player to the Radio--has anyone exsperienced similiar problems.
