By the way, all those I interacted with at Lexus of Brookfield were friendly and helpful.

Keys are very difficult to explain/understsand for these cars. If anyone has any questions about anything to do with Lexus keys I will do my best to answer them. I'm at a Lexus Dealer and have to deal with this headache on a daily basis. PM me.
