Is this spoiler still available i am looking for one for my 1998 GS 400

My 2001 GS300 Navigation system has not been accurate as to location or heading. Every once in a while it does figure out where it is but it usually doesn't last long and starts getting off track. Over the years it did this occasionally but would always correct itself pretty quickly. I attributed these aberrations to lack of enough satellites at the time. Now it's happening most of the time as though it only has one or two satellites and not the three (I assume?) that are needed. Has anyone had this problem?

I have recently purchased my first lexus a 1998 GS 400 and all i can say is WOW i should have given up on all the previous European cars i had in the past earlier this car is awesome. However i have a slight problem with the navigation it seems to lock into a location that it really isnt there. It seems to be affixed on a location and i cant get it off from there. Does anyone know what i should do to remedy the situation. Thanks
