  1. I've just purchased a used 2017 LS 460 F-sport with the Height High option and it seems to raise the front about 1".  Previously, I've owned the LS430 with the Height option and it raised the front by around 2", as I recall.  How high should the 2017 LS460 be?  If it should be closer to 2" does that mean there is a problem with the air suspension system?  The vehicle has less than 16,000 miles.

  2. I have the 2006 LS430 with Mark Levinson and it's great. I don't have a cluse as to what's wrong with your vehicle but there is definitely something wrong. Good luck.

I don't know if it is normal for all LS430 models or not.My car got 11 Mark Levinson speakers but its quality doesn't seem to be appropriate,I've turned the bass to the max but I still could not hear the bass clearly until the volume reached to 30, but it is so loud at that line.I have also compared to the IS250 without Mark Levinson, the IS was better for sure.Any ideas for my sound system?Does it have any problems? Please help me.Thank you very much
  3. Thanks. The car is still under warranty (for 2 more weeks). The dealer has had it for 5 days now and still can't find the problem. I wouldn't want them to tell me that a 2" droop is within spec and then when the cause of the droop (a leaky line?) creates a permanent droop they bill me a few thousand for something that should be fixed now. Do you know if there is a valve or something that would cause the entire side to droop? I've seen other posts where just the rear acts badly but haven't seen anything where the front and rear on just the passenger side droops--and it is exactly 2 inches.

Sounds like the air spring is leaking, or their's a leak in the air line on that side. Have them replace it if it's still under warranty. 2 inches it too much; I think the spec is like .1 inch per day or something like that.
I have a 2006 LS 430 UL that "droops" on the passenger side when parked for a couple of days. The passeneger side (front and rear) droops 2" below driver side. When I start the engine, within a couple of minutes, the passenger side comes up about 1/2" and the driver side drops about 1/2". After driving for even a short distance the car levels off. I have the car at the dealer for the third time to get it fixed. Informally they told me that Lexus says that some droop is okay but that doesn't mean 2 inches in my mind. Seems as if there must be a leak in the system somehwere. The car has 39000 miles. Any ideas?

  5. I've got an 06 ultra as well and have come up with the same conclusions. I've worked around the phone book issue some by calling the numbers I will most likely use and then adding them to the 1-touch dial screens via the outgoing calls listing. That allows me 18 numbers in the car's memory. Of course the names are not listed--a shortcoming, of course.

I'm not finding much on using a Bluetooth phone in my (new for me) 2004 LS430 Ultra, so I thought I'd ask a few questions to those that might know ...

    (1) Are there any voice commands available for using the phone, like "Call xyz number", or "Dial xyz number", or any commands whatsoever dealing with the phone?

    (2) Can I manually enter phone numbers into the telephone directory? So far I don't see how to do this.

    (3) How do I transfer a call to my actual phone from the Lexus Bluetooth system if I want to make a call private?

I think you will be dissappointed to find out that only a few phones will provide any range of features with the Lexus system. About the only thing you can do is try various things and see what works. It is unlikely that the phone book will load from your handset to the Lexus system. That eliminates any possible voice command call. With mine I just rely on the handset for all voice commands and phone book functions. To make a call private you will probably have to disconnect from Bluetooth thru the handset. Lexus hass a list of "compatible" phones on their website.
