When you park, you are suppose to hear a hiss, thats the air suspension bleeding out the air. The rear air suspension is also level leveling, were go going over hills when you felt the suspension go down at a red light, is you rear height control in the N mode?

Anyhow, it doesnt hurt to have the dealer look at it, it could be a rear height sensor. There have been quite a few owners who had the sensor replaced.

Hey all, A newbie here with a Prob.?

We just got a 2005 Gx last Sat. I noticed that when we got home the car made a hissing sound.

The next time it did it I saw the car go down a little in the rear along with the hiss. On this last Fri.

I took my wife to work and when we stopped at a light the car felt like it dropped three times..

Is this normal ??? I called the dealer and told them this and they said they haven't heard of the prob. before. Thay told me to bring it in on Fri. and thay will check it out.. I also was reading here about the clunk,

is this also true for a 2005 ??? I think I heard and felt it one time, but not as bad like some of you did. Please let me know about these things..Thanks, 05GX470

Hi all, newbie here...We just bought a 2005 last Sat. and I noticed that the car will lower down all by its self after I park ( with a hiss), not very much just a little..on Fri. I drove my wife to work and when we stopped at a red light the we felt the car go down about 3 times. I called the dealer and will take in on this coming Fri.
