  1. Hi everybody,

I am the proud owner of an SC300 year 94 with 43K miles and I am arranging various aspects of the car, just bought shock absorbers K&B GR-2 and I want to buy springs for lower the car a little, no more than 1 inch, I read in the post that most of you are using Tanabe or Eibach springs but I want to know which is better, Eibach is a bit more expensive and I do not know if there is a justification to pay this differential, my question is what do you recommend, Eibach or Tanabe?.

  2. I did a test on my A\C after it failed,, (holding auto and recirc then turn the key on) and got a code 21, wich means a sunlight sensor failure. I have no idea what that has to do with the Air conditioning. Any help??

    Thanks.

You have to do the test under the sun light, I'm not kidding...

I read another post with this information: "(3) - If testing is done in a dark area, Code 21 may set even though system is normal. Shine a light at solar sensor and recheck codes."

  3. Hi everybody,

I am new in this forum because two weeks ago I bought one of the 5 Lexus that exist in my country, is a SC300 model year 94 with 42,000 miles, practicaly new, and I want to begin to fix it and improve its performance.

My first question is if some of you can indicate me an Internet site where I can buy the back and front LIP and the side skirts, I don't want a Body Kit, I prefer something more close to the SC300 model year 96 and up, I have seen in the photos of the SC300 of these years that it has a different design in the front and rear bumper including sides skirts in comparison with the 92-95.

My second question has relation with the basic modifications that I must do to the car in order to improve its performance.

Thanks for any help that you can give me.
