I have a 91 LS400 but the manual I have is for a 94. when I read out the fault code, it blinks 4 times, then 1. There is no code 41 in the 94 manual. Can anyone help?

I have a 91 Lexus LS 400 and the Airbag Warning light just came on. Please let me know if this is similar to your problem and how you fixed it.

I have a 1991 LS-400. My dash shows a light out, but all lights are working. When I hit the brake the "R" (reverse) light comes on. Suddenly, when my lights are on, the transmission will not shift out of 1st gear (this is an automatic). If I turn off the lights, the transmission is fine. Any thoughts if the two problems are related and what the fix would be?
