I have a 99' LX470 and I am having the same problem...well my mirror is just becoming loose, I saw a screw, tried to tighten that but it seemed to be as tight as it could get, anybody have a solution to this small problem?? Thanks!

I have a 99' LX470, found my clear corner lights on Ebay, Ordered a pair and discovered the factory bulp was too small for the opening, found another seller and told him the problem of the first pair, he insured his would work with the factory bulb, so I got them and they were the same as the first pair!!! I finally just broke down and had to modify the clear ones with the OEM ones, some cutting with the Dremel and some epoyy fixed the problem, took some time but well worth the effort!
