  1. Hi Sidney07, I had a similar problem with my Infiniti once, I lost all power getting on the freeway and every light on the dash was on...Turns out it was a faulty throttle sensor, once they replaced it, I never had any problems again. Sorry it happened to your daughter, it is one of the scariest things that has ever happened to me.

  2. Hello all,

I want to tint my windows metallic white to match my starfire pearl ride; I just want to make sure the antennas in our cars are no longer located in the rear window, (the manual says nothing on the subject). The sharkfin antenna is now the official antenna wether the car has satellite or not? Please educate me and thank you all in advance for your inpute.

  3. Hi there USCjd,

yes, unfortunately it comes in a bundle and yes, I have to drive from LA all the way to Newport Beach (about 45 miles), but to me it's worth it because I have to keep this car until it falls to pieces; also, 2 sets of tires (I'm sure I'll need in the next 4 years or less) will pay for the package and more.

In any case, you'll be so pleased with the car nothing else will matter, as you glide smoothly and luxuriously in your beautiful car :D

  4. Perhaps I am a psychopatic driver :blushing: but, after I had to replace the high profile tires for my Infiniti after less than 20,000 miles and couldn't affort at the time the $350 a piece set. We settled for less expensive tires and the car didn't perform as well. I was not a happy camper for a long time; the tires make a great differce and they wear out fast (mine anyways :whistles: ) So, we definately got the "tires for life" package and it will be worth it, provided we keep the car for at least 5 years. Getting new tires once every year and 1/2 was an offer/price we couldn't resist.

  5. For the money you are investing in this "luxury" vehicle, they should at least try to give you a solution. Perhaps it is time to write a letter to the Dealer's manager and CC Lexus/Toyota headquaters. They do not like bad publicity nor do they like to have big brother involved. Best of luck to you and I really hope they replace the unit.

  6. Infiniti, 04, 06 & 07' 6MT (husband's) we loved them but for some reason everybody had the exact same car as mine and saw them everywhere, I got tired of it and, since my husband had the 07' we wanted something different for me and the only two alternatives were the BMW 335I and the IS...so, here I am now.

  7. Oh, how I wish I got the x-package!! love those rims...they want to charge me 2000 grand for them! I also wish I test drove one with the sport tuned suspension...my "regular" suspension is silky smooth, but I was driving an Infiniti with the sport tuned suspension and there is a difference, as sweet as the Infiniti was, it was a bit rougher.

  8. Something must be wrong, I can't even imagine getting only 13, 14 or 16 MPG...that's unaceptable. Though I drive mostly on the freeway, I'm on the 405 in LA (LA people, you know how horrible that freeway is), and it's bumper to bumper, stop and go...and, when I get a chance 80 MPH on average, I should be getting no more than 17 to 18MPG, because that's how much I was getting with my Infiniti. I was so excited to find out I get 22 on average, driving the way I do. Hope it stays like that... <_<
