i install alarms for a living its actual very easy. aftermartket remote starts. usualy have a negetive activation wire in the harness all you do is . run that wire to the negative lock wire. and program it for double pulse. so when you hit the lock button on your key twice it activates the remote start.
Yea I remember seeing that video. Must have been a custom job, dealer installed option, or luxlink.
