  1. I use premium in my 2007 cpo es 350 and I only get 13-15 MPG city and the best MPG I got on the highway has been 25MPG. I don't do a lot of driving(30-40 miles per week) I have a heavy foot & 95% of my driving is in town. I knew I would not get the Lexus claimed MPG, but does this seem extremely bad?

I always use regular unleaded in my 07 350 es and recently checked my gas mileage using actual volumes and miles. Combines city and highway gave me 30.2 mpg. On the highway I always use the speed control system.

  2. It's not a web site, it's a Word document. Send me your email address and I'll forward it to you.

You can add it to your post as an attachment.

And yes, the 08 will have the 7.1. I jus upgraded mine from 4.1 to 7.1 and saw a noticable improvement, although I wouldn't bother upgrading 6.1. Wait a few years.

Thanks, but it's 16.6 MB and Max. upload size is 2 MB, which means I'll have to break it into 9 pieces and upload 9 times. I'd rather just email the document.

  3. I often use navigation in the San Antonio area, but my version 6.1 disc apparently doesn't realize there are elevated freeways there, so the system tells me to take turns that don't exist or just otherwise gets me lost. Does anyone know what areas are improved in the 7.1 disc?

  4. Unfortunately the A900 will not show caller id on the screen

Thanks for your reply and I apologize for my late response. The site you sent me also solves another mysterious problem that just occurred. I.e., while driving between Kerrville and Fredericksburg we began getting incoming unsupported calls which couldn't be answered through the hands free system. In fact the steering wheel hangup button wouldn't shut it off, only the screen hangup icon. Then the cycle would start again, repeatedly. We noticed we were in a roaming area, which was mentioned as a problem for the A900 in the site you recommended.

As we are in the process of selecting a new cell phone and new service provider it would be very helpful to have access to the pertinent cell phone review sites, such as the one you recommended, in order to determine compatibility with Lexus BlueTooth. Does anyone know how to obtain such information?

  5. I have A900 phone with Sprint , Lexus ES350.

I uploaded my phone contacts into lexus phone book.

When somebody calling I do not see CallerID on navigation screen.

I can call, accept calls, but caller id does not appear.

    Any idea's?

    Thanks

Did you have to upload manually? I too have an A900 with Sprint.

    Thanks

Manually. Sorry it took me so long to reply. I'm having a little trouble navigating (no pun) this forum.
