I was at Ikea the other day and purchased a long item which I had planned to run out the back of the trunk. I was going to bungee the trunk to hold it down when I realised there was no hole to hook the bungee too! Am I losing my mind or is there no way to tie down the trunk except to go around the whole trunk lid on the outside with rope?

So for some random reason, when I got to my car today, I noticed the plastic key hole cover for my driver side door was missing!!! I'm guessing the local lexus dealer would sell the part but I thought I'd check before going in if I would be charged an arm and a leg and if so whether there are alternative sources for purchasing this little dinky piece of plastic...

Well if it makes you feel any better, I was 24 when I bought my ES350 :) I don't care much about the performance of the car, my focus was the comfort and the space.

Bottom line... Does regular gasoline hurt a ES 350 engine? I do not mind the HP/Torque performance loss, but I do not want to damage the engine at all. I got quite lost in the technical discussion...

So I have read and been told that the ES 350 can handle regular gasoline without knocking. However, in so doing, you will suffer "a decrease in performance"... Does anybody know how much of a decrease and what decreases? Is it horsepower, gas mileage, etc?

I'm just curious if anybody knows anything about the 2008 model of the ES350. Does anybody know when it will probably be released and what they might be including in it?
