I'm looking for a light cover for lower taillight on the bumper, but haven't been able to find the part online. Please help. Thanks ahead of time.

Do people recommend doing the water pump and t-stat with the timing belt?

My fiance needs 90k maintenance on her IS300. What's typically included in that maintenance. I can't find a list anywhere on the net. What's typical price, and typically do they do timing belt, water pump, and spark plugs?

Brake fluid

Water pump

I've called around some dealers, and it's about $1400-1500 with the timing belt. I've called private mechanics, and they recommend to do the water pump and the timing belt in one shot, and some other mechanics that won't even do the timing belt, and recommended to go to the dealer.
