Is there a connection for the CD changer other than in the back of the radio for 97 es300? The radio face says its CD ready...I have a changer I want to throw in...where do they mount it? I think Ive seen it mounted in the truck would that mean they have a connection back there or is it behind the radio? More than likely,

I finally found an original sales brochure for my 2000 Es300 and it says that the 6-stack (in the glovebox) is an option.

exactly the same probl i ran into.

i bought a car without a cd changer.

these things are so expensive..it comes out cheaper buying an alpine cd player & Mp3 6 disc cd changer.

I bought a 99 ES300, but it has no CD player/changer.

I tried to install alpine CD/MP3 player by replacing the panel (and cassette deck), however, an unbearable noise can be heard when the alpine system is on. The technician told me because Lexus comes with amplifier, two amplifiers together will create noise.

Do you have other solutions? How can I get a CD/MP3 player/changer in the glove box? How to deal with "double amplifier" problem?
