  1. thanks for the advice code 58. It seemed to check out okay but Autozone had the sensor for $69.00 so I thought I'd give it a try. Same code same running rough. PO171, sometimes 072, and still the 1130,1135,1150,1155. Any ideas?

    Thanks

my 99 rx300 has 160,000km,first P171,I changed new MAF sensor from ebay cost me $100, then P171 came again and P1130(it should show you bank one or tow failure, that means O2 sensor dead), I changed two O2 sensors from dealer cost near $700, now it's OK,my bank two O2 sensor also is dead which near exhaust pipe, but now it's ok no error code show, I will change late if it show error again.

  2. Seat position memory (if equipped)

Your preferred front passenger seat position can be entered into the computer's memory and recalled with the touch of a button. Three different seat positions can be entered into memory.

    Entering a position to memory

Vehicles with an automatic transmission: Check that the shift lever is set in P.

Vehicles with a manual transmission: Check that the parking brake is set.

    STEP1Switch to IG-ON mode.

STEP2Adjust the front passenger seat to the desired position.

    STEP3While pushing the SET button,

push button 1, 2 or 3 until the signal beeps. If the selected button has already been preset, the previously recorded position will be overwritten.

    Recalling the memorized position

Vehicles with an automatic transmission: Check that the shift lever is set in P.

Vehicles with a manual transmission: Check that the parking brake isset.

Push button 1, 2 or 3 to recall

    the desired position.

    Retained accessory power

Memorized position can be activated up to 30 seconds after the front passenger

door is opened, even after turning the engine switch OFF.

    To cancel seat position recall

Perform any of the following operations.

    Push the SET button.

    Push button 1, 2, or 3.

Adjust the seat position using the switches.

    If the battery is disconnected

The memorized positions must be reset because the computer's memory is erased

    when the battery is disconnected.

  3. I copy the file from user manual.

If programming a garage door opener, check to see if the garage door opens and closes. If the garage door does not operate, see if your garage transmitter is of the Rolling Code type. Press and hold the programmed HomeLink button. The garage door has the rolling code feature if the indicator light (on the HomeLink) flashes rapidly for 2 seconds and then remains lit. If your transmitter is the Rolling Code type, proceed to the heading “Programming a rolling code system”.

Programming a Rolling Code system (for U.S.A. owners)

If your device is Rolling Code equipped, follow the steps under the heading “Programming the HomeLink” before proceeding with the steps listed below.

STEP1 Locate the training button on the ceiling mounted garage door opener motor. The exact location and color of the button may vary by brand of garage door opener. Refer to the operation manual supplied with the garage door opener for the location of the training button.

    STEP2 Press the training button.

STEP3 Press and release the vehicle’s programmed HomeLink button twice. The garage door may open.3

If the garage door opens, the programming process is complete. If the Interior features door does not open, press and release the button a third time. This third press and release will complete the programming process by opening the garage door.

The ceiling mounted garage door opener motor should now recognize the HomeLink transceiver and operate the garage door.

STEP4 Repeat the steps above to program another rolling code system for any of the remaining HomeLink buttons.

  4. Erasing the entire HomeLink memory (all three programs) first if your car is not brand new.

Press and hold down the 2 outside buttons for 20 seconds until the indicator light flashes.

then Press and hold down one of the buttons on the HomeLink and the button on the transmitter.

When the indicator light on the HomeLink changes from a slow to a rapid flash after 20 seconds,

    you can release both buttons.
