White smoke can also be transmission fluid that is being burned to a leak into the manifold. This would translate to late shifts and gear slips which you seem to be experiencing. Check your trany fluid to see if it’s low if it fill it up and check it often to see if the level goes down. If it does that confirms you are burning trany fluid which will require some garage time. Unless you have skills.

Does the cold air intake help much? My brother has a Ford Lightning with a AC cold are charge that is set up like NOS. When he hits the buton the ac shoots cold air which is more dense that warm are hense the increase in HP. Then next gen lightning with com stock with it. Is that the same type of system you have?

Has anyone tryed a TRD 3.0L super charger. Looks like a good way to get alot of hp.

Has anyone modified there engine on an es300 to get the HP up. I have a 97 with 60k on it and was looking to get a little more out of the engine. I looked into chips but they just advance the timing which Im not to sure about. The custom intakes look like a good choice for a10+ hp gain.
