  1. Found the info to install the "gel pack". Oh...by the way for those of you that like to spend the extra $1000 or so and buy a lexus windsheild; it's not needed (after having two Lexus windsheild crack from very small rock impacts and a aftermarket one lasting 3 times longer...I will take the cheaper one that lasts longer every time). After installing a new gel pack the wipers work fine. (had lots of rain to test it out in diffrent speeds and rain amounts)

  2. There are a lot on ebay, but make sure you get OEM factory floor mats, sell for around $80-90. Their quality surpasses the competition.

I have the factory ones and they do not cover the area that gets the most dirt which is by the left foot rest area. I need to get something that covers this area. If no one has a recommendation for something to cover the needed area I will have some custom ones made up I guess.

  3. Can anyone tell me were I can find a good quality, proper fitting floor matt (ones that cover were my left foot rests) for my 2004 RX330. I am tired of constantly having to deep clean with a carpet cleaner the area near my feet. The Matts I have do not cover were my left foot rests. Please help!!

    Thanks

    Scott

  4. Does anyone have a procedure/instructions for removing the right front fender on a 2004 Lexus RX330. Mine is damaged and needs replacement.

thought I would ask one more time if any one out ther knows the easyest way to change out a right fender before I just wing it on my 2004 RX330

  5. I have my "maint requred" indicator comming up on my 2004 RX330 and it will not reset. Tried to rest it by pushing the Odometer reset button which has always worked in regards to oil changes.I had it come on at 54,000. miles. Everything checks out inregards to the maintenance on my vehicle. Can anyone help figure this one out.

  6. WOOOOOOOOO Grumpa72.......

Please stop the bashing.....Bendix pads are what to use, first my 2001 RX started with a "ceramic" pad. Did you know that?

Therefore, use ceramic pads because the OEM rotors are designed for this, just like BMW, Corvette, etc.

The OEM pad is a bendix........much cheaper then going to Lexus Parts Store.

Then the disc brakes are about as cheap (bendix pads cost me $44 each axle) to replace. See another thread on how to do this, I can do this in my sleep. Then my brakes have lasted 50K and I am on my 3 set (car has 115K)

    Bill

If you recomend bendix pads what do you recommend for the disks since my OEM ones warped at 30K miles. I am not bashing the oem stuff just need something better since I am towing 1600lbs at times.

  7. What are the best after market Pads and rotor combination for a 2004 RX330. I have a shake comming from the front of the vehicle when braking going down a hill. The pads look worn and perfer changing out pads and rotor at same time. Do not want to just turn rotor since I brake hard with the areas I must drive and also I tow a boat at times. Want the best braking possibility.

    Thanks for any opinions
