The stereo plays great except when you turn on the headlights the radio quits, the fuse blows on the headlights hence the lights go out and the left garage door opens. Oh maybe I was sitting on the garage door opener. he-he.
ok the stereo is on, turn on the lights the radio loses power AND memory! turn off the lights and radio comes back on! but with loss of clock and presets. Is it possible I have the wrong power source and ACC wire? (duh!) But how many does it have? I checked these with a test light before I hooked it up. constant power, turn on the key, ok theres that wire. But obviously not.
I cant remember what wires i have to what off the top of my head. I remember the GRND was green, but I am going to try to figure this out right now.

I will answer my own question just in case someone in the future needs this info, because NOBODY has it. The front speakers just below the windshield color codes are as follows:
FR + Light Green
FR - Blue (both have little silver dashes)
FL + Purple
FL - Violet (again both have little silver dashes)
The colors that come out of the speakers are never the same color when they get to the head unit, they change 3 or 4 times. There is a cluster of relays on the passenger kick panel. when I refer to the colors of these wires, they can be found on the blue plug that goes into the amp under the passenger seat.
What a !Removed!!

I have everything else figured out except the colors to the two speakers in the dash up by the windshield. I am trying to avoid taking the whole dash out of the car. then the only thing left is the power ant. color and i have to figure out why the clock on the a/c controls keeps resetting.
I know why ......just what color.
any help much appreciated.

I was driving down the Hwy the other night and I turned the heater up to max and something went POP and the clock went out and the heater went off.
But I cannot find a blown fuse anywhere, under the dash under the hood nothing. Any ideas?
