It just started happening today. Its been very hot outside, currently its 97. This is my moms car and it doesn't want to stay running. It starts up, I give it gas and it stays on, but when I let off the gas completely the car just dies. I recorded a sound clip. Please help me!

I'm new to the forums and needed some advice. My parents have a ES300 and they got it about a year ago, they love it and I really like the car. It has one of the smothest rides, and has not gave us any problems. I am looking at buying one. I'm trying to get something under 10k. I found a nice white one and they are asking 7000k only, the only problem is it has 130k miles on it. Would this be too many miles to mess with? How long do these cars last, and when I start getting problems will it cost me big bucks? I just want to know if it would be a good buy.

This one has 120k miles and they are asking $500 more for a 1997...
