Hi All,
I was sitting at a stop light today, with my foot on the brake (maybe a little harder then normal) and the brake pad made a bit of a sound and went in alot futhur. Now to stop I have to put my foot on the brake a lot futhur then I did before. I'd say the first little bit on the brake the car stops the same as it did before, then there is a gap that the brakes don't feel like they are doing anything, and then the brakes kick in again. Also, after this happens the e-brake light and the trac light are now litten up.
I will take it into the shop tomorrow, just wondering if anyone has any thoughts before I get there!
Thanks.

Hi all,
Just wondering if multiple nakamichi amps are compatable with the 92 SC400 sound system? The one that i pulled out is model #B324ULOA
Thanks in advance!

Ok - so you're right - the amp is fried (there is rust on it) how do i go about ordering a new one and waterproofing?
I can get an amp with instructions for you.
How much?
nakamichi or pioneer. cd changer or no cd changer ?
Nakamichi - my cd changer seems to work fine. What nakamichi amps are compatable with the SC400 sound system?

Hi All,
Another question - would the NAKAMICHI PART/MODEL #B316ULOA Replace the NAKAMICHI PART/MODEL #B324ULOA?
Are there any other substitues out there that I can search for that would just fit to my existing system?

So, I have instructions on how to take the amp out... how do I know if it's fried???
Thanks again!

:) Of course - I just want to konw that it is the amp first before I go out and buy one. (as I'm sure you can tell, I'm new at this)

Thanks guys - the stereo hasnt been working for a while... so I'd imagine it's probably completely fried at this point if it has been wet for that long.
If I take it out completely should I be able to replace the fuse and atleast of the stereo unit work (understanding the speakers won't)?
Thanks.

Hi all,
I have a 92 Sc400 and my stereo does not work at all - I have tried replacing the fuse and pretty much as I am putting the fuse in it breaks on me.
Any thoughts on how this can be fixed? I'll take it into a shop if need be, but would like to try to do the work myself.
Thanks
Kevin
Check Engine/trac Control Lights Are On

I also have this problem..
My check engine/trac control light turns on when i first start the car, but only for a little while.... while I'm driving it won't turn off, but after i stop at a stop light (maybe after 5-10 min of drive) and start up again, the lights turn off.
Any suggestions on the best way to solve this problem?
