My cassette player has a problem where it keeps on reversing and trying to play the tape in the opposite direction, then switches back and switches back a few times, then it rejects the tape. I tried the same tape (a tape adapter) in my mom's new 400h, where the same problem doesn't occur. Anyone else have this problem or a fix?

Yeah, I just recently switched to premium and I noticed the unsmooth shifting even more than before.

First check if theres fluid in there, then if theres a leak at the bottom of the container for the fluid. I hope you got their insurance information!!

Those covers break all the time, especially if not put on correctly, If anything falls on the rail and the cover hits it, the cover will be knocked off. A Few times of this and it is permantly damaged. Check the Dealership and have them replaced under warranty, If you are still under warranty. Dont let them snap them on half assed. Lexus did that to my wifes car and sent her out the door. They came off the next day. Kind of a poor design and cant handle any abuse. Good luck.

could it be the dash clip that is recalled?

I found it in the back floor, behind the drivers seat. I'll try to install it again tomorrow after school.
