I need help with my instrument cluster where the odometer just shut off. It was working fine and suddenly went black. I open it and everything even the Gas milage needle and light works but nothing in the odometer. Any idea? It's a 1993 LS400, Lexus!

You probably have too many miles on it..just won't register anymore....

You should have asked this question in the LS 400 board. Anyway hopefully your cluster have the same common problem with others. You need to replace all the surface mount aluminum capacitors on the cluster's PCB boards. I suggest you read the Pinned / Sticky topic post on most LS 400 forums.

I have a 98 SC400, the climate control panel light went out (half the screen was showing and half was not) I removed the console in an effort to replace the bulb but I can not see how to get behind the unit to expose the bulb and replace it. What do I have to do to get acess to the bulb(s) Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

You need to remove the 2 screws that hold white LCD plastic holder. Remove all solder at bulbs joint. Slightly bent the LCD to expose the bulbs under the plastic holder. Install new bulbs. Solder the joint. Put everthing back and you are done. You can contact me if you are still have questions.

In my humble opinion, don't put daizens they will make your ride harsh. Spend a little more money and buy rubber bushings. Much softer.

Then perhaps you or any one on this board could point where ones can buy OEM rubber bushings or even aftermarket.

anyone knows how to set the seat memory, i think, when properly set, the driver seat will move backward while steering wheel moves upward and retracks close to daskboard

and everything goes back to preset position upon key insert

I don't think the seat move backward on my 94 LS400. However, the seat does move backward on my Infiniti Q45. Perhap you were thinking of that particular model?!

By the way, are you really located in VN?
