Hello everyone,

This thing is driving me nuts , specially now in the summer that I some times drive with the windows down.

It is not a rattling noise, it only happens when I hit a bump. Sounds as it is coming from the rear of the truck.

I took apart the rear brakes in case it was a loose pad, but all was in order, clips, shims, caliper, ets. I also had my local mechanic take a stab at it, and he looked underneath for anything loose, but he only guessed at the spare tire been loose. I tightened the spare tire some more, but nothing.

Not sure if anyone here has seen this before or have any recommendations that I can try.

I know this post was from some time ago, but did you ever figured out how to take the headlighs off? :( I have a lx470 2001 and I also need to remove the headlight.
