I have a 96 GS300. I am looking to replace what the technical manual calls a window upper garnish. This is the outside black trim on the door windows. I need to replace the drivers side front and rear window garnishes. Does anyone know where I can purchase these? I appreciate any help.

I kind of suspected the clutch but my mechanic said everything is fine mechanically. Looks like I'll be shopping for a clutch assembly or the entire compressor. Thanks for the response.

I have a 1996 GS300. At times my AC is working fine, blows cold air. Now and then the AC light will flash and the system blows warm air. After turning the AC off and on several times it begins to work, sometimes for a long while and other times just for a short while. I took it to a mechanic and was told the system is fine and it could be the controller. I replaced the climate control and I'm still having the same problems. I'm about to order an AC amplifier since it's not too expensive. Anyone have any thoughts?

I own a 96 GS300 with a 2JZ-GE motor and would like to swap with a 2JZ-GTE motor. Is this an easy swap or is it very involved? Are there any major mods that I need to consider? Can I couple the GTE motor to my existing automatic trans or do I have to swap the trans also? I appreciate any info anyone can give me.
