I have 2010 RX350 and I noticed that tere is no transmission oil level stick to be found in the engine compartment.

I asked the "tech. advisor" at the dealership and he told me the transmission is sealed and there is no need for oil to be added for the life of the car...

I find that to be not a very logical answer.

Does anybody here know if there is a more logical answer to this question?

    Thanks for your help.

There is a bolt on the RX350 transmission that also has a bleeder nut. On the 2013 RX350 transmission you must lift the vehicle, assuring that it is level, remove the right front tire to access the nut. Bleed a little fluid to check the color, black is bad. The transmission fluid and filter should be changed before 100,000 miles. I neglected mine until 145,000 miles and the 2nd gear syncro started to stick. My mechanic thought I might need a new transmission, luckily, after two flushes,  it started shifting properly.  The procedure for filling to the proper level involves, draining, filling then bleeding off the excess fluid with the bleeder nut. Once the fluid stops dripping out the bleeder nut it is correctly filled. There is no dipstick, because who needs a dipstick these days. Dipsticks are so retro.
